Patrick spent most of the 1990's drawing or painting on paper, canvases and walls. He participated in a few graffiti conventions, festivals and public events , exhibits along side some of Montreal's most renowned street artists and even had his own one-man show in 2000 exhibiting 4 years of his work.
Then, everything goes digital.
After the completion of his studies in Multimedia in 2002, Patrick launches his freelancing career by becoming the official web guy for Eskimo Design's Willo and John Hatz. After a couple of years, the need for everyone to go their separate ways is felt, and Patrick moves on to Motto Studio as a web integrator and as Project Manager for the past 4 years.
In 2007, Patrick takes it one project at a time, picking and choosing carefully to ensure that all projects get the attention they deserve. He puts himself in a position where he may do the work himself or outsource various aspects of a project in order to manage a team of specialists if the project requires it. Having worked with many artists, designers, programmers and production studios, Patrick can make sure that the right skills are used for the right job. This can be applied on a wide range of project types.
Aside from building websites, Patrick is currently part-owner of Boogaloo Brothers, a clothing line, where he handles the conception work. He is also part owner of Free Spin Motion Productions, a 2 men operation set out to realize video and DVD base type projects.
This year, his ambitions reside in exploring the world of images and motion by combining traditional methods of creation with the digital tools of today.
